May is Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Month at Hamlyn Williams, with Mental Health Awareness Week being recognised on the 10th-16th May. Our local wellness representatives have collated useful articles and we will be sharing information each week highlighting 4 important topics to help promote good Mental Health. We also hosted Financial Wellbeing Seminars globally in conjunction with HSBC. During this seminar we discussed budgeting, planning for the future, whether that's for buying a house or saving for retirement.
This week, we are encouraging you to make someones' day by giving them good feedback or thanking them. Help spread gratitude in your team by complimenting colleagues and spreading random acts of kindness.
