We’re very excited to be welcoming Hayley Swords as part of the Hamlyn Williams team in London, as she takes the role as Director for Life Sciences, Automation & Technology. 

Hayley has been in I.T. & Security Recruitment for more than 7 years, joining us from one of the world's largest I.T. recruiters. Starting as a consultant in recruitment, she quickly moved on to managing her own team of permanent consultants for 4 years. She has since worked in Technology recruitment, finding sought-after tech talent skills in London & beyond.

Her most recent role saw her oversee Business Development teams for leading tech platforms, including AWS, Azure & Salesforce. She joins Hamlyn Williams, overseeing Technology, Engineering & Life Sciences teams in London where she is already looking to grow the team with trainee consultants, delivery consultants, business development consultants & 360 recruiters.

Working alongside senior leadership, we’re excited to have Hayley's skills as a recruiter and see her grow our teams to their full potential.
