Hamlyn Williams welcomes new Marketing Director, Katharine Donnelly. 

 

Having had one of the strongest years in our history, we are excited to be welcoming Katharine Donnelly to the new role of Marketing Director. 

 

With a wealth of experience as Marketing Director at specialist & multi-disciplinary recruitment firms, Katharine is perfectly placed to lead our plans to scale the business across the world. 

Working alongside senior leadership and our marketing team, Katharine’s role will be to use her expertise in uniting sales, technology and marketing to help make Hamlyn Williams the recruiter of choice for candidates and clients, as we continue to grow in new markets across the world. 

 

From telling the exciting stories of business & candidate success, to making sure we have a brand that attracts the brightest & best in recruitment, Katharine joining us marks an exciting step forward for the business. 

 

Key focuses for Katharine are: 

 

  • To develop, implement and execute the global marketing strategies, whilst helping to scale the capability of our marketing function.  
  • To build brand awareness and reputation within our customer communities 
  • To build a leading employer brand that attracts the best talent to join the business globally 
  • To look for new ways to develop our marketing strategy through innovative tools and partnerships
