We’re delighted to welcome Jason Thomas to the Hamlyn Williams team as Director of Contract for Financial Crime in EMEA.

Jason is familiar to many in the team, having previously managed the client development & acquisition strategy at Hamlyn Williams Healthcare, before it became Lamplight - and has expertise developed over ten years in recruitment and twenty in Sales.

In his new role, he will initially focus on scaling our Financial Crime team across EMEA, in order to develop our offering to our existing Financial Services clients and candidates. As well as expanding our reach to support a wider client network with their contract hiring needs.

Whilst he is keen to do this by doubling the headcount in our FS contract division, he is also passionate about upskilling all of the team to be able to offer specialist market-focused consultancy around future changes in regulation and the future of the world of work.   

What excited me about my new role is that we have an established offering to the Financial Services throughout Europe and are trusted by our network to deliver and to enable them to navigate the regulatory shifts.

Our existing contract team are now ready to expand their offering and, specifically focus on financial crime and how firms can mitigate the risk of ongoing fines. This means we are also looking to bring in experienced and new contract consultants to complement the amazing talent we already have
