We’re very excited to be welcoming Sarune Kojadin to the Hamlyn Williams team, as she joins our growing team in Amsterdam as Associate Director.

Sarune has a wealth of experience in contract recruitment, with over 7 years at one of Europe’s largest recruiters. She started as a recruitment consultant in healthcare, quickly moving on to manage her own teams and building out functions in I.T. Contracts & managing Salesforce practise as well.

Her experience in scaling teams and building relationships with sought-after candidates in niche markets will help when our team in Amsterdam is looking to expand.

The Amsterdam Contracts team currently specialises in Financial Crime, with a focus on KYC/CDD and Sarune & her team are looking to build up genuine business & candidate relationships over the next few months to help meet demand in European markets.

Working alongside senior leadership, we’re excited to have Sarune’s skills on hand as Hamlyn Williams look to grow our teams in Europe throughout 2022.

Sarune says:

Setting up the Contracts division in Amsterdam was a challenge I couldn’t ignore. Hamlyn Williams is growing very fast but I was excited to be joining a company where I really feel like I can make a true difference in building it from scratch. 

I’m passionate about people development, and in building from the bottom up quickly, I feel excited about what our team can achieve together.  

I’m a great believer in building genuine relationships with clients & candidates, so it’s exciting to be at an organisation where that that and being specialists is genuinely a priority.  

With many banks & financial institutions seeing sanctions or losing staff to FinTech’s, the demand for skilled candidates is high, so the opportunity is there for candidates and for us as a business.  

I believe in creating a structured, but agile environment for consultants, so hope my experience in building new markets allows us to find & have the great relationships we need to succeed.
