Hamlyn Williams have partnered with a leading financial services firm looking to hire an IT Audit Manager into their highly technical IT Audit function. This role is a hybrid role based in New York City.

- Leverage audit automation tools in the evaluation of business operations and systems.
- Evaluate control design, effectiveness, and sustainability
- Carry out interviews, testing and analysis regarding results of the controls in audit program
- Conduct assessments of processes and controls within core IT infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, business continuity planning and IT disaster recovery, business applications, data governance and management
- Present audit conclusions stakeholders
- Conduct recommendation follow-ups to monitor the adequate carrying out of corrective actions
- Identify and report strengths and weaknesses of the audited areas and provide remediation and recommendations regarding audit findings
As an IT Audit Manager, you will require:
- Bachelors and/or masters degree in computational sciences, data science, math, engineering, cybersecurity, or related fieds.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Audit or Technology Risk Management
- Experience in Python, JavaScript, ML/AI algorithms, DevOps tools, Azure/AWS
- Experience in financial services industry
- Professional audit or information security certification, such as CIA, CISA, CPA or CISSP is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
