Client: Precision Diagnostics Company
Role: Director, Strategic Accounts
Location: Remote (Northeast)
Travel: 75%+
Compensation: $150k-$180k Base Salary + Variable

Our client is is a rapidly growing precision diagnostics company providing an innovative solution for oncology diagnostics. 

They are seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts who will be responsible for expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth within their designated region.

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, decision-makers, laboratory staff, and healthcare professionals in hospitals, laboratories, and oncology centers.

Success in this position requires achieving sales targets, increasing profitability, and meeting key performance metrics. The Strategic Accounts Director plays a crucial role in business development, securing new clients, and strengthening the company’s position in the molecular diagnostics sector within their assigned territory.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience/training.
  • An MBA is highly advantageous, particularly with training in alliance management and negotiation.
  • 10+ years of combined experience in strategic sales and business development within the diagnostics industry.
  • At least 7 years of experience specifically in molecular diagnostics business development, including engagement with C-suite executives.
  • A strong track record of developing and executing market strategies, successfully securing and closing business deals.
  • Deep understanding of the molecular diagnostics landscape and the U.S. oncology market.
  • Consistent success in meeting or exceeding professional goals, objectives, and performance targets.
