We are working with a leading global financial services firm seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to join their team in Fort Worth. This is a control room hire and will be a unique opportunity to be part of an internationally recognized organization with a diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, escalate, and manage conflicts of interest across regional and global teams.
- Oversee firm-wide watch lists and restricted lists to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and enforce information barriers, including monitoring wall-cross requests and e-communications.
- Develop and enhance firm-wide policies on control room and conflict management.
- Provide expert advisory on information barriers for new business initiatives.
- Handle escalations related to personal trading, private investments, and outside business activities.
- Work closely with legal teams and senior stakeholders to mitigate potential conflicts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a control room or similar function.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance best practices.
- Project management skills with a track record of delivering regulatory initiatives.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to risk and compliance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
