Title: Software Developer - ML Data Engineer
Location: New York, NY (3 days on site)
Compensation: $300,000 base + Bonus

An innovative research organization is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its team in New York City. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with machine learning experts to support drug discovery and development in a dynamic, interdisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize systems for modeling, curating, and indexing petabytes of data from supercomputers and Linux clusters.
• Build data pipelines to process and integrate computational and experimental datasets.
• Design workflows to efficiently deliver large datasets to ML training pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning systems, frameworks, and data lifecycles.
• Strong background in large-scale database engineering, workflow automation, and life sciences data processing.
• Fluency with Linux/UNIX tools and scientific software development is a plus.
