Liquidity Analytics Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Open to Charlotte or Detroit)
Hybrid Schedule: 2 Days in Office
Compensation: $135K–$145K (will consider up to $160K for top talent)

We’re seeking a Liquidity Analytics Manager to join a collaborative and forward-thinking Corporate Treasury team. This is a unique opportunity to own end-to-end liquidity analytics and modeling in an environment that values initiative, curiosity, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Strong team culture: Thoughtful, cohesive, and high-performing group

  • Excellent benefits: 401(k), retirement plan, and 27 days of PTO

  • Broad impact: Autonomy with high visibility across the business

  • Collaborative culture: Limited silos and meaningful partnership with developers, data owners, and leadership

About the Role:

You’ll lead the design and execution of liquidity analytics and internal stress testing models, create visual dashboards, and manage regulatory reporting tools. This individual contributor (IC) role requires someone with both strong technical skills and strategic thinking — a thought leader comfortable working independently and presenting insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead liquidity stress testing, scenario modeling, and internal limit frameworks

  • Build and manage dashboards, EWI tools, and liquidity forecasting models

  • Automate and optimize processes with SQL, VBA, and Python

  • Own FR 2052a and LCR methodology and modeling

  • Collaborate with business units, relationship managers, and second-line risk teams to translate data into actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, liquidity risk, ALM, FP&A, or related fields

  • Proven experience in 1LOD or 2LOD banking liquidity (consulting background a plus)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, VBA; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, data storytelling, and independent decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related field (MBA, FRM, CFA preferred)
