I'm working with a Fund Service Provider based in Luxembourg, looking for an Account Manager covering Structured Finance.

Working within Governance Services, you will be in charge of the ongoing administration and governance of a large portfolio of multinational, corporate and private clients as well as private debt clients. You will report to the local Senior Management Team


About your role:

* Manage legal and corporate aspects of the lifecycle of a portfolio of client companies with the assistance of your team members
* Performing KYC acceptance in respect of clients and counterparties and ongoing AML monitoring
* Review and negotiation of transaction documents, coordination of approval process and attending to all associated matters
* Ensuring the continuing good standing of client companies by ensuring all company law and contractual requirements are complied with,
* Maintaining and updating statutory books and database administration and related statutory filings.
* Act as a director on client companies.
* Communicating with clients, lawyers, auditors, tax advisers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions, and other offices around the globe
* Maintain and develop a strong network of internationally established clients and advisers
* Coach, develop, lead and appraise employees, implementing KPIs into the team’s goals and objectives and monitoring performance.
* Implement processes and procedures for compliance.
* Review legal and administrative documentation and provide feedback for improvement, change, or external review if needed, in order to guarantee correct delivery and quality of the work


About you:

* A graduate in business and/or corporate law.
* 5-8 years post qualification experience in a similar position gained within a corporate services provider, substance office or law firm in Luxembourg.
* Great team spirit, being able to work both autonomously and efficiently within a team.
* You are client pro-active, focused, and result-driven, being able to efficiently multi-task.
* Highly organized and eager to take ownership of your portfolio.
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English). French or German would be a valuable asset.
