Advertising Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the China Cross-Border Trade e-commerce industry;

• Analyzing sellers data and creating Ads campaigns reports to maximize the business the potential of the Ads product;

• Supporting the main companies as an advertising consultant, for implementation and

optimization of campaigns, as well as preparing insights & training materials;

• Coordinating with the global team to refine the business process and product

features, improving China seller experiences with  Ads;

• Working closely with China team as well as with sellers to provide needed support on Ads topics;

• Good inter-departmental (Business and Ads) interaction and cooperation capabilities;

• Assisting to execute successfully on the plan recommended;

• Requiring attention to details, take on the ad-hoc project when it is necessary;

 

Requirements:

• 4-years University Bachelor degree holder in Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or Business;

• Have good data analysis habits, proven analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data integrity, analysis,  verification, and document editing);

• Demonstrated use of analytical software solutions (eg. Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, etc) and be proficient with SQL;

• 4 years of experience in roles such as Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Account Management, etc;

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both sellers and ads teams;

• Have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains and also able to negotiate terms with sellers;
