- To lead the team to further build the industry-leading user experiences on Customer Service Chatbot. You will be an end-to-end solution owner to maximize the user experiences, especially focusing on NLU, data clustering and labeling with integrations with business and product flows.
- Needs to interact with business stakeholders and leverage the rich data sets to resolve various data and fund security issues by maximizing your machine learning expertise and leadership.
- Work with senior business leaders to identify business problems and build data science and machine learning based products by leading engineering and data scientist teams.
- Min 5 years senior management experience in data science, engineering departments.
- Master’s, PhD degree, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field with proven excellent records within industry.
- Data driven based insights and vision on product development and team build-up.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: automation, deep learning, computer vision, Nature Language Understanding.
- Prior experience managing execution and high quality product delivery and groups of talented engineers and data scientists.
- Strong presentation skills including English and Mandarin
