My client is one of the largest fintech companies covering banking and online payment services in world, serving over billion users and merchants, with TPV reaching USD$150 billion last year. Their Hong Kong banking branch is currently looking for a regulatory compliance senior officer/ officer who has minimum 5 years relevant experience and familiar with HKMA regulations.


  • Develop, implement, and execute company's compliance & AML Framework under HKMA laws & regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to internal parties including but not limited to compliance, technology team and front office in relation to compliance and AML issues
  • Assist the FCC team on AML, sancations, KYC/CDD issues 
  • Assist in handling AML/CTF related enquiries from relevant regulators
  • Ad-hoc tasks given by the teams


  • University degree holder, preferably degree in business, finance, economics, and law

  • Minimum 5 years of AML, sanctions, KYC advisory experiences, preferably in international banks, money lending, payment services provider, financial institutions

  • ​Solid knowledge and experience in compliance, AML regulations, and money lending business in HK

  • Experience with money lender, e-commerce, payments, MSB, or financial services preferred
  • Knowledgeable in fintech and payment systems is a plus
  • A team player and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams located in different jurisdictions and under strict deadlines
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Entrepreneurial and open-minded, willing to accept new challenges
  • CAMS or ICA qualified will be given the priority
