Key Responsibilities
This Consulting Analyst (CA) will deliver advisory engagements to clients on a project basis in multiple markets/areas of expertise.
The CA will develop project proposals and plans including budgets, design and execution strategy. The candidate will assist the Commercial organization in developing client relationships and new business acquisition.
Works with regional business development representatives to develop multiple project proposals and execution plans simultaneously, works with syndicated analysts and other research teams with company to resource these engagements as required, and delivers insight and outcomes to clients.
Oversees delivery of projects and presentations to clients and
manages client strategies including growth of each client
Utilizes client relationships to develop new practice areas
Is responsible for creation and delivery of multiple simultaneous consulting projects leveraging own expertise and expertise of syndicated analysts from throughout the organization, as well as the organization’s extensive data offerings including surveys and databases
Owns the project management and delivery phases for projects identified for clients within the Asia Pacific region
Will identify key technology areas that would benefit from further resourcing to develop including additional analyst coverage, custom or syndicated surveys, or other product development.
Additional Responsibilities
Serves as industry thought leader and internal expert on multiple practice areas.
Solves complex, non-routine problems and creates strategies for them Delivers findings to multiple clients at C-suite and builds relationship with them Directs long complex client relationships with multiple sub-projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
Knowledge of the information technology industry Demonstrated ability to develop and win project-oriented consulting business
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple client stakeholders and multiple internal and external resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Residency and permitted to work in China
Fluent in English and Mandarin Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
10+ years of experience
