Our client is seeking to enlarge its Continental Europe Liquidity Management (or Treasury) team. The team works across functions, products and manages liquidity adequacy risk for the European business based in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be a member of a small team (3 FTE) and will have access to a broad range of treasury tasks with direct responsibility for deliverables and a traceable contribution to the evolving treasury function itself.


  • Support Head of Liquidity Management in leading and further building the Treasury function in a strongly growing environment
  • Maintaining and monitoring sufficient liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements and stress testing
  • Oversee Treasury liquidity portfolios including liquidity buffer assets
  • Support the optimization of deployment of excess liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
  • Support local Head of Liquidity Management in liquidity discussions with stakeholders including regulators and the Management Board
  • Work with peers in the Group Treasury Team to ensure operations, regulatory submissions, and risk management are in compliance with Group policies and External policies and achieve strategic consistency
  • Working closely with peers in the other departments including Risk Management, Financial Accounting, and other Treasury Teams
  • Prepare and coordinate Treasury input for the local assets and liabilities committee meetings and decisions


  • At least 3 years in a Treasury/Finance function w ith subject matter expertise and experience in either regulatory reporting, transfer pricing, liquidity stress modeling or other Treasury specific areas.
  • Strong know ledge and understanding of EU banking regulations, including CRR II
  • Clear sense of financial and operational risk management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Master’s degree in business administration, science, technology, economics or finance
