AVP Compliance and Audit Manager

The AVP Compliance and Audit Manager will run the BSA program and ensure state and federal regulations are followed.


  • Assist VP Risk Management with enterprise risk assessment and audit
  • Manage and oversee internal audit function, ensuring timely remediation
  • Lead staff through individual goal setting, development planning and monthly coaching


  • 5 – 7 years’ BSA experience in a financial institution, credit union experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university
  • BSA Certification
