B2B Sales Manager

We are looking for a team of B2B Sales Leaders to build out the outbound function of the company. Your role will be a part of the launch team and hence contribute strategically to grow our business in North America. It will be based in San Mateo California requiring travel both domestically and potentially internationally, as needed, for establishing the necessary business relationships and customer acquisition. 
  
Your responsibilities include: 
• Exceed your respective monthly, quarterly, and annual targets  
• Manage pipeline, sales activity and accurately forecast quarter closes 
• Develop and drive partner strategy and goals to enhance PingPong’s competitive position in the market  
• Develop deep relationships and structure deals with existing and new strategic partners to deliver long-term value across our partner ecosystem in alignment with our business objectives
 
Skills and qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience  
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce/Payments/FinTech  
• Experience working in an unstructured environment of a hyper growth technology startup environment highly preferred
• Deep understanding of generating pipeline through outbound activity  
• Advance knowledge of salesforce.com and reporting preferred
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders 
• Strong motivator, self-starter and sense of ownership
