Are you a Banking recruitment consultant with experience across the UK & Europe or further? Are you looking for your first Recruitment job or next career move?

We are currently recruiting an experienced recruitment consultant within areas of banking, such as; sales & trading, investment banking, private banking, M&A, private equity, trade finance, corporate banking, capital markets, DCM or ECM. 

With a proven track record and an ambitious nature as a 360 Banking recruitment consultant, you'll join the Hamlyn Williams Front Office Banking team based in the City Of London Office. You'll help us to continue to build the most successful specialist global Front Office Banking recruitment team & will be a part of a wider global team and brand, with vast additional incentive financially and career-wise for doing so.

What you’ll be doing – and getting in return

Our brand was built on the Financial Services team, and the Front Office Banking team has some exciting plans for 2019. Being led by one of the most successful Managers in this area in the London Banking recruitment market, you'll need to their ambitious goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing business opportunities
  • Account managing new and existing business
  • Finding exceptional talent for your clients
  • Visit and develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Negotiate fees and terms
  • Progress the recruitment process across the globe
  • Building a team out in your own niche area
