Hamlyn Williams have recently partnered with a highly successful and fast-growing Dutch Fintech. We are now searching for a proactive Business Developer to join their team remotely to help grow their client base within the UK.
Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible generating new business opportunities, attracting new clients, and upselling to the company’s existing customers.
Within this role your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Identifying and targeting prospective customers/clients across the UK
- Conducting outbound pipeline lead generation and qualification.
- Simplifying complex concepts and informing prospects about the company’s existing products
- Controlling the entire 360 sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract phase and beyond
- Upholding strong knowledge of new trends and developments within the payments space
Within this role you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Development or Sales Role (Ideally within a Fintech/Payments company)
- Strong existing network within the banking and payments industry and clear understanding of the payments landscape
- Proven success in creating opportunities/generating new business
- Strong communication skills and a results-orientated mindset
