We are working with a multinational bank looking for a Capacity Planning Technology, VP. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformation project around staffing and skill adequacy of workforce planning.

What you will be doing:

• ​Support in the design strategy of Capacity Planning solution migration to technology-supported solution
• Maintain and enhance the company’s existing capacity planning tool
• Executing strategy for the Global Capacity Planning team including standardization of capacity planning models and tools across the company system
• Creation of BRDs/FRDs for technology solution
• Develop and support automation of processes including reporting where possible
• Analyzing complex comparative data, preparing and presenting regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring compliance-related issues.
• Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements and to ensure compliance risks are appropriately identified and addressed.
• Investigating and responding to compliance risk issues. Investigating regulatory inquiries, preparing required documentation, making recommendations to senior management on how to proceed, and preparing responses for the regulatory inquiries.
• Overseeing the monitoring of adherence to institutions’ Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures and preparation, editing, and maintenance of Compliance program-related materials.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of development and programming experience in VBA, SQL
• Microsoft Excel and Access skills
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Knowledge and or experience with Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies
