We have partnered with an exciting FinTech that is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who is a seasoned, hands on revenue leader with experience across partnerships, customer success, marketing and finance to own revenue, establish integration methods and processes and identify and close partnerships opportunities.


  • Own and execute implementation, revenue and partnerships workstreams while scaling these parts of the business
  • Build and scale assigned workstreams who serve as our core go-to-market, product integration, evaluation and education experts
  • Identify and architect product solutions and integrations that optimize sales and are scalable from a business and product standpoint
  • Spearhead implementation processes for customers
  • Understand and communicate client requirements from a business and technical perspective in order to deliver standard or custom integrations
  • Understand technical dependencies and communicate necessary changes to Engineering counterparts


  • Early stage pre series A hypergrowth startup experience
  • Strong interest and experience in fintech, payments, web3 or crypto
  • Experience in identifying, formulating and closing B2B2C fintech deals
  • Sales engineering, solution architecture and partnerships experience in payments, point os sale, NFC, or QR
  • Self driver who can dive deep into complex problems and drive a team to deliver solutions
  • Relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal subject-matter experts and external customers
  • Ability to grasp complex engineering and product intricacies and simplify them to teach others how they work
  • Accounting background or knowledge - an advantage
  • Technical depth needed to understand complex payment systems
  • Strong track record as a people manager
  • Deep payments knowledge across card payments and alternative payment methods
  • Experience managing partners and/or projects
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to use data to quickly prioritize activities for alignment with business strategy
  • Maintaining productive relationships with our payment providers to ensure ever evolving infra needs are supported
  • Background from a large online merchant, retailer or marketplace
  • Ability to self serve on data needs for ad hoc analyses
