Client Development Associate

 

The Role: As a Client Development Associate, you will be working with the Sales & Relationship Management team to deliver an overall positive experience for our clients. You will contribute to the growth of existing accounts and be involved in business development for potential new accounts. You will be part of our South China team located in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide on-site or virtual support and product training to clients of SPGMI in the designed location(s) by your management on a regular basis
  • Actively assist relationship manager to come up with usage report, historical PI, and to collect customer feedback for coming up with renewal pricing
  • Actively assist sales thorough the sales process, including research on the right contacts, email campaigns, client outreach, trial set up, trial follow up and training
  • Assist both relationship manager/ sales to log activities in a timely manner
  • Work with the COPS team, finance team, renewal operation team to ensure all renewal documents and invoice are well prepared in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed weekly activities report in a timely manner
  • Ensure BoB template is updated to reflect accurate renewal data
  • Facilitate client events in the designed location(s) by your management
  • Meet the overall commercial and operational goal: increase net renewal rate, reduce cancellation rate, user/usage growth, increase client visits number & sales referral
  • Proactively conduct campaigns to increase usage and awareness of S&P products and services among existing clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through various client engagement activities and data analysis
  • Prioritize inquires, multi-task and thrive in a team environment
  • Conduct ad-hoc research for designated sectors or accounts, and assist relationship manager or sales in account mgt./sales planning
  • Liaise with Customer Services, Customer Success and Product Specialist teams to provide timely response to customer enquiries
