Major responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including the identification of 5Qs (Client Entity,

Product Type: 

  • Origin of Incorporation, Country of Business, BNPP Legal Entity) and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to maximize the efficiency of onboarding pipeline
  • Maintain sound client relationship and provide client support regarding KYC, Tax,

Regulatory, Credit, product enablement requirements, etc.

  • Liaise with back office and make sure on-boarding documentations are collected in time
  • Address inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders and co-ordinate with credit & legal teams regarding regulatory onboarding requirements
  • Coordinate all operations / connectivity setup (i.e. MarkitWare, CTM, SSI, e platform, etc.)
  • Provide support to ad hoc assignment when necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2+ years of working experience in client onboarding or related areas
  • Knowledge of legal agreements (ISDA/CSA, GMRA, MSFTA, Side Letters,
  • NDA’s, ETSA, Options Agreements etc.) is a big advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication
  • Problem solver with the ability to multitask and work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Good command of spoken & written English; Native Korean is a must
