CNC MPE
Job Responsibilities
⚫ Evaluate potential suppliers for their manufacturing and quality capabilities based on project needs. Conduct 3D model and 2D drawing reviews with suppliers to assess Design for Manufacturability, and collaborate with Design Engineering to release feasible component
designs
⚫ Conduct DFM analysis to improve process efficiency, reduce cycle time, and increase functional, cosmetic, and dimensional yields
⚫ Develop CNC fixture equipment at CM(Contract Manufacturers), in collaboration with the cross-functional team
⚫ Work with SQE to Develop/implement/monitor supplier Quality Control Plans for early detection of quality issues to ensure parts meet or exceed quality and reliability requirements
⚫ Analyze data on FAI/CPK reports to assess supplier’s capability to meet design intent and be able to provide technical recommendations on yield improvements.
⚫ Experience in Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action implementation. Drive FACA analysis for major quality issues at suppliers
⚫ Drive CM to keep stably high manufacturing yield
⚫ Aggressively work with CM and customer team to closure the open issues

Skills/Required Qualifications
⚫ Associate or above, major in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
⚫ 8 years’ + related working experience
⚫ Experience with interpretation of design drawings/GD&T, schematics, and cosmetic standards for the creation
⚫ Solid knowledge of SPC and statistical tools
⚫ Strong knowledge of CNC machine/cutter/fixture and cutter path, able for CNC programming is preferred.
⚫ Strong experiences about DFM and DOE
⚫ Strong Problem-solving ability
⚫ English reading and writing are essential. Oral English is preferred.
