Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers' complaint within response time
  • Analyze customer feedback and root causes of complaints
  • Identify areas for improvement of the customer service workflow and recommendations for enhancing service quality
  • Prepare complaint investigation report and submit to relevant regulatory authority
  • Provide internal training
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in handling banking complaints, with experience in preparing investigation report is preferred
  • Bachelor degree holder in related discipline
  • Excellent customer service etiquette, customer-oriented, proactive and strong adaptability
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
