The Consultant at Hamlyn Williams will have the relevant personal attributes to successfully manage candidate, client and vacancy management. He/ she will demonstrate enthusiasm, eagerness, will to succeed, be ready to go the extra mile and a desire to be part of a high performing sales culture. He/s she will now have a very good understanding of recruitment 360 workflows and what it takes to start undertaking a successful billing career having performed and fulfilled all rookie duties and billing.

Duties include:
  • Manage own KPI’s and demonstrable weekly and monthly activity
  • Deliver your personal sales budget and target against the clear criteria you are set
  • Adhere to all deal and general administration procedures
  • Create, update and maintain client and candidate records for compliance and GDPR
