My client, a global manufacturing/retail company is looking to hire a CRM manager on board to help with overall planning, organizing and execution of all digital initiatives. This regional role will give a fruitful experience identifying customer journey roadmaps to constantly improve service offerings including future digital loyalty programs or campaigns.


  • CRM Strategy development working with cross functional teams to plan and deliver CRM strategies as well as elevating customer experience
  • Translate customer data into consumer insights and to identify commercial opportunities. Drive data segmentation and communication efficiency by capturing consistent data across different touch points.
  • Implement strategies that can grow customer base both offline/online and optimise by defining customer journey, segmentation and continuous improvements
  • Drive overall member acquisition and tier benefits strategies and to enrich member experience from end to end for different member ties to increase member engagement.
  • Observe campaign progress and effectiveness, conduct post-campaign evaluation and provide constructive insights and analysis for management review and future development
  • Design dashboards for metrics coverage and presentations to articulate strategy and performance


  • 5+ years relevant Digital Marketing and CRM experience
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud (Social Studio, Advertising Studio) is preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator is a plus
  • Tableau, and/or Power BI knowledge is preferred
  • A data driven profile who is also commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
