We are supporting one of the fastest growing Accountancy Practices who have regularly been awarded for their accelerated growth & performance.
They have appointed us to support with the recruitment of a Customer Success Manager to be based either in the London or Cardiff office (Or fully remote for the right candidate)
Job:
- Full ownership of expansion revenue, cross/up sells, new pricing / repricing
- Ownership of scoping proposals and quotes, to implementation
- Work cross-functionally to strategise on growth opportunities and custom scopes of work
- Manage our Hub system model to interrogate data and confirm over-delivery with accountants
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services, processes, and pricing in order to identify and speak with customers about our most relevant services specific for their needs
- Training delivery team on triggers for upsells and cross sells
- Build strong relationships with founders and finance executives
- Managing customer pipeline etc. and driving launches.
