Senior Data Scientist

Hamlyn Williams are working closely with a growing FinTech company based in central Stockholm.

Our client is searching for an experienced Data Scientist to join the team to help in the expansion of the company.

The role

• Providing clear forecasts, proposals and insights to help customers and colleagues.
• Producing prediction based data products including machine learning, event tracking, product analytics and insight dashboards.
• Working with a wide range and complexity of analytical use cases.
• It is also a role that you can learn and can develop your own skills.

Technical experience

• Using tools such as SQL and Python and AI/ML libraries.
•  Experience with data science-based use cases across various lifecycle stages (Exploratory/PoC, Scaling/MVP, Productionalization).
• Feature engineering, Model development, and validation, model explainability and model monitoring.

Experience required

• At least 2 years experience in a Data Scientist role.
• A degree in Data computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Information systems or Engineering.
• A masters or doctorate is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report findings with colleagues and customers in both written and verbal English.
• Clearly reporting and presenting findings that you will present to customers and colleagues.

Package

• Salary between 70,000 – 80,000 SEK and package.
