We are currently working with a global biotechnology company MNC and they are looking for a Digital and Commercial Excellence Lead. The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support across all commercial functions in APAC. The objective is to improve sales performance, drive operational effciencies/excellence and equip the commercial teams with the right set of capabilities.
As a Digital and Commercial Excellence Lead you will be:
- Lead Business Intelligence and Commercial Effectiveness
- Optimize sales force effectiveness. Manage sales force optimization process for new and existing products ensuring alignment with marketing strategy
- Strengthen Marketing Excellence and Multi-Channel Marketing
- Enhance customer experience through data-driven analytics, which includes the design of an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy
- Lead digital transformation and plan while ensuring agreed activities are delivered and maximized from an enterprise perspective
- Embed data solutions to simplify daily operations, track performance, and provide competitive benchmarking analysis
- Plan and executive meaningful digital initiatives in collaboration with the local and regional teams
- Design digital training programs to upskill the organization
As a Digital and Commercial Excellence Lead you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing/sales management/commercial excellence experience in MNC
- Pharmaceutical, consultancy, or agency experience is an asset
- Strategic mindset and future-orientated thinking
- Strong project management skills
- Capable of working accross boundaries and functional areas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
