- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the company’s digital experience.
- Act as Project Manager of the company’s Digital Experience Platform project
- Lead the implementation of a web and mobile portal, providing information to customers and giving them a digital interaction channel
- Act as the Product Owner for the global digital experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end launch of the Digital Experience Platform and subsequent digital-centric products
- Lead the development of a design system to be applied across the company globally
- Work with cross-functional project teams, third-party teams, and software vendors to support the company’s change to adopt and build digital products, following agile methodology and customer-centric principles
- Partner with clients to test product ideas, respond to customer requests, and co-create solutions.
- 8+ years of technology project delivery experience with a particular focus on digital transformation
- At least 5 years in systems integration, software development, digital agency, or creative work
- You must have completed a minimum of 2, fully delivered digital / technology projects and be able to demonstrate measurable business improvements as a result.
- Proven experience in change management related to technology adoption, process change, training and communications
- Good knowledge of Cloud applications and systems integration
