An industry leading financial service firm with a rapidly growing consumer lending portfolio is looking to bring on a Director of Credit Risk Analytics to their team. The individual in this role will serve as the Credit Risk leader tasked with growing the credit card portfolio of the firm while mitigating losses. 

Responsibilities: 

• Own all aspects of credit risk cycle
• Lead credit risk strategies to balance growth
• Build and manage analytics team responsible for credit, marketing, testing and performance tracking
• Develop credit policies and underwriting strategies using credit risk models
• Implement team wide standards and procedures for mature credit risk management practices

Qualifications:

• Degree in quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience in credit risk management preferably with a credit card firm
• 3+ years of previous management experience
• Strong quantitative skills
