A Community Banking partner of ours, located in Dallas, TX, is looking to add an experienced EDD Manager to their growing BSA team. Reporting to the BSA Manager, the EDD Manager will manage a team of 6-8 analysts and work closely with the BSA Officer to ensure consistent quality and management of project deadlines. Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for analysts to resolve issues and inquiries based on knowledge of BSA/AML regulations in combination with bank policies and procedures.  

 

As a EDD Manager, you will:

  • Implement and maintain a Due Diligence process that is appropriate for identifying suspicious and/or fraudulent activity
  • Monitor and track high risk customers and accounts
  • Analyze AML software reports daily to detect & investigate potential suspicious activity, research accounts, coordinate with branch personnel and escalate any unresolved issues as necessary
  • Responsible for ensuring Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) are filed within regulatory timeframes
  • Prepare, review and maintain work papers and reports related to investigations and SARs
  • High level knowledge of all BSA/AML related issues as well as customer identification requirements, due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and OFAC requirements

 

As the EDD Manager, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of BSA/AML reporting experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • CAMS or CRCM (Preferred)
