As part of this success, we are seeking an experienced Head of ERP Recruitment, or ambitious Managing Consultant, to capitalise on the great work done by our ERP contract team and lead/further build out our specialist permanent team.

 

A snapshot of the role:

  • Building and leading your perm Automation team
  • Identifying and securing business opportunities across EMEA
  • Account managing new and existing business
  • Finding exceptional talent for your clients


A snapshot of you:

  • Proven ability to win and deliver excellent solutions to clients within Financial Services; demonstrated by clear trajectory and top billing history 
  • Demonstrative experience of building and developing successful consultants
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire high performance
  • A growth mindset; constantly seeking opportunities to develop, achieve, and overcome challenges
