Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage forward looking processes including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, monthly outlooks, and review results against plans monthly

  • Lead a team in conducting month-end close processes including the consolidation of flash estimates, monitoring general ledger bookings, and creating detailed variance analysis and commentary for senior management

  • Generate analytics for quarter end flash results and related highlights including firm-wide Tech and Cyber related spend

  • Lead, supervise and provide guidance to FP&A business/regional teams in meeting and fulfilling deliverables and ensuring correct financial reporting

  • Act as a key stakeholder to Finance Transformation initiatives with a focus on improving processes, increasing digitization and improving controls

  • In depth analyses of businesses in conjunction with key stakeholders providing insightful decision support analytics and implementation guidance

  • Ensure all forward looking processes including Plan, MYF and Forecast meet requirements for legal entity alignment

  • Ensure entities and cost centers are properly reported and managed

  • Ensure proper risks and controls are maintained along with appropriate documentation and governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business / Finance or equivalent. MBA preferred

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience. Financial Services industry and Financial Planning & Analysis experience are required

  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to effectively operate / communicate with senior level executives

  • Extensive experience managing professional staff, financial forecasting processes and systems

  • Superior time management and prioritization skills, ability to coordinate and manage across multiple teams, geographies and deliverables
