We have partnered with an excting fintech that is seeking a fully REMOTE Global Compliance Operations Professional. They are looking for a versatile, driven financial services professional with experience in US and international factoring and financing operations. You will help build world-class finance and compliance operations programs that can scale across complex geographies while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will have experience in financial services delivery and operations with strong analytical and modeling skills. Knowledge and experience of trade-finance, foreign exchange, regulatory compliance, and cryptocurrencies will be a plus.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily operations responsibilities to facilitate trade financing, payments, and reporting.
  • Manage cross-functional operations projects; work with engineering, product, customer service, and external vendors to ensure smooth rollout and maintenance of new B2B payments product features

  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and make operational trade-off decisions

  • Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations leadership team to resolve customer and operational pain points

  • Create and refine the support tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases

  • · Support KYC and onboarding review process for a global clientele.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years experience in financing and cross-border payment operations
  • Proficient in complex modeling with Excel or other tools

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience defining and executing against program requirements

  • Ability to read Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and / or revised policies and understand the implications of changes for the organization and individual stakeholders

  • Bachelors in Business, Finance, operations management or a related field required.
