Head of Consumer Operations
Hamlyn Williams is exclusively working with one of Europe's biggest fintech's, who are executing a global expansion across EMEA APAC & the US.
We are currently looking for a Head of Customer Success / Head of Consumer Operations who will collaborate internationally with the respective teams across Europe, and lead their business units across Spain, Italy, & Portugal.
The person in mind should have a strong experience within customer success, in a consumer-facing business, & should have gained experience with operations and all-around problem-solving.
Role & Responsibilities:
In this business function there is a hybrid model of both internal and outsourced agents, so we are looking for a person with:
- Strong BPO, Vendor Management experience
- Management of performance across key metrics
- KPIs, & SLAs in remote and local contact centres
- Exposure to SQL, Python or Google Suite
- Management of multiple office locations
- Ability to help develop team members and internal collaborators to drive forward their international collaboration
- B2C focused experience
- 3-10 years of experience
