We are proud to be representing one of the UK's fastest growing Digital Start-up Accountancy Practice. They have offices in London, England & Cardiff, South Wales with expansion plans for more regional offices across the UK in years to come. 

My client is actively on the hunt to find a Head of Marketing to join them on their exciting Journey. You will need to support with strong growth or demand generation marketing, you will lead all of the company’s marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative programmes. 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Work with the CEO to craft a strong content plan, as well as work on a growth marketing strategy, to increase revenue, retention, and referrals
  • Formulating campaigns to drive awareness and top of the funnel leads
  • Setting, monitoring, and reporting on goals to increase traffic and conversions
  • Coordination of our marketing agencies on the design, content, and paid advertising side to execute campaigns
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and customer personas
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Communicate the plans to our whole organisation so that all marketing efforts remain transparent

Skills required for the role:

  • Track record as Head of Marketing or (Senior) Marketing Manager that is looking for the next step, preferably within the Accountancy industry
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of web analytics, metrics, and Google Adwords and growth metrics such as LTV, CAC
  • Solid knowledge of customer acquisition channels and Experience with Hubspot
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals with an Analytical mindset
