Summary:

Our client is a Top tier Chinese Hedge Fund strong in quant strategy, with aggressive expansion plan in both China and Overseas market.

They are now looking for senior candidate - as A partner of their Hong Kong office to set up their Overseas fundraising business and strategy in Hong Kong. Fluent mandarin speaking candidate who got relevant experiences in hedge fund is highly preferred.  This position can provide above market remuneration package if you are the great fit.

 

Position: Partner of Overseas Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • According to the company's strategic development goals to formulate overseas market strategies and specific plans, aim to expand overseas business and be fully and specifically responsible for the development and expansion of overseas marketing promotion work ;
  • Responsible for connecting and developing institutions including overseas high-net-worth individuals, private banks, family offices, endowment funds, pension funds, overseas FOFs, etc., to provide asset management services for overseas individual and institutional clients;
  •  Responsible for the establishment of the company's overseas financial products, assist the management to formulate overseas related marketing strategies, and provide business decision-making suggestions and information support for the company's management.

 

Job requirements:

  • Qualified as Type 9 RO
  • Bachelor degree or above from a famous overseas school, with strong English expression skills and writing skills, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and able to independently undertake overseas roadshows;
  • Experienced in dealing with overseas institutional and individual clients, candidate with quantitative hedge fund sales experience is highly preferred;
  • Good at overseas market development, familiar with local laws, regulations and regulatory policies, and have a deep understanding of overseas local assets;
  • Determined to become successful in one of the most fast paced industry , Willing to fully achieve themselves on an excellent platform.
  • Fluent mandaring and English speaking is a must
