Head of Sales – Payment / FinTech


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading and global FinTech in the payments space as a Head of Sales based in London.


The successful candidate must be based in Lithuania, with experience in working for a fintech (ideally payments).


Key responsibilities:


  • Generating new business / product sales
  • Building a sales funnel and converting leads – payment products
  • Build networks and new relationships with financial firms across the Europe
  • Relationship development and stakeholder management in banking, fintech & FS firms
  • Sourcing and qualifying leads
  • Tailoring solutions
  • Contract & price negotiations
  • Drafting terms / contracts
  • Post go live support - smooth go-live & ensuring client achieves target forecast
  • Work with various departments on cross-functional projects – Network / Compliance / Legal / Product etc…
  • Managing a team of Business Developers / Sales


The person:


  • 3+ years of Head of Sales
  • 8+ Years Overall experience in Fintech Sales / Payments
  • Essential strong experience in fintech / banking / payments (highly desired)
  • Strong business acumen and track record of delivering quantifiable results in a sales environment


Vitally important that you have experience within the Payments / Fintech industry.
