Responsible for the management of the sales operations center in China, and improve the comprehensive combat capabilities of the sales operations department.
1) Team capacity building: sort out the capacity building models of online and offline sales operations teams to promote team’s capacity.
2)To see through clearly into business opportunity: insight into the development trends of various sales channels and platforms, explore new platform rules, deepen platform partnerships, and broaden platform sales resources.
3) Rulemaking: coordinate product selection, price, and resource conflicts in various online and offline channels, and sort out the systems, procedures and rules of each channel.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 8 years of operational work experience, more than 3 years of operational management experience, and have unique insights into the e-commerce industry.
2. Have comprehensive operation methodologies and team management experience, experience in leading and cultivating an excellent operation team is needed.
3. Pursue excellence, have high internal drive, motivation and leadership; have strong logical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills; good demand integration skills and communication and coordination skills.
4. Understand the current market trend and development trend of online market, and be proficient in the operation modes and operating rules of e-commerce platforms.
