We are partnered with a growing Israeli financial technology firm looking for a Head of Total Rewards for its New York Team.

What you will be doing:

Design and oversee the compensation and benefit plans, and ensure the plans are aligned with the company's business objectives
Ensure the company's internal bands are calibrated regularly, to maintain competitiveness with the external market, while tracking the effectiveness of the program
Collaborate with executive leadership and HR/ Legal/ Finance on the company's stock and equity programs
Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are effectively managed and compliance with external regulations and plan governance

What you will need:

5+ years of experience working within a Total Rewards role or benefits and compensation; 3+ years of managerial experience
Experience and or knowledge of global benefit markets
