We're working with a top banking institution that is looking for an HR Advisor to join their growing team in New York.
You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team.
What you'll be doing:
- Working closely across key stakeholders in HR and the business lines (e.g. Compensation, Resourcing, Learning and Development) to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures
- You'll be partnering with Division heads in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies to achieve business goals
- Working closely with senior leaders, coaching them on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and
- Assessing current organizational personnel and talent, ensuring employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized
- Creating, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capability
What they're looking for:
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience, managing an HR program with a banking or broker-dealer institution
- Experience in training and development across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
