Our client is a top 4 securities in china with an office in Singapore. They have a newly created HR position for Singapore office to take up all employee related functions and projects.

 

Job Description

Reporting to the COO and CEO, you will be responsible for managing and developing the entire HR function in Hong Kong

Handle a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR process re-engineering

Assist the key stakeholders with the development of staff through offering sound generalist HR advice in line with business goals and needs

Work closely and effectively with senior management and act as a true business partner to provide strategic counsel to key stakeholders in the business

 

Requirements

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 year of HR generalist experience

Candidates with more experience in managing a small office will also be considered

Comprehensive understanding of the HR practice, trends, employment legislation I

deally a background of working in a one man band position, where human resource management has had a positive impact

Independent, mature and a confident professional with a self-driven and positive work attitude

Fluency in Englishand Mandarin is a MUST
