  • 13 months base salary + 2-3 months DB a year

  • Design and conduct a wide range of management development programs
  • Support group in talent management processes (includes talent identification and advice on development plan)
  • Take lead in Trainee Program implementation and ensure its effectiveness
  • Work closely with various operations managers to identify training needs and provide appropriate training supports
  • Design and facilitate D&I related learning programs in supporting the D&I strategies
  • To maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development and employee training records
  • Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training course
  • Familiar with digital solutions in L&D field, including but not limited to e-learning
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in Financial Services
  • Experience in sizable company with frontline operations is an advantage
  • Creative, presentable, outgoing, independent and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
