We are working with a growing fintech firm looking for a Human Resources Manager of Talent Acquisition.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with upper management to design and implement an organic and productive recruitment process
• Full-cycle recruiting
• Work closely with management to create a strategic hiring approach, understand technical requirements, establish effective recruiting strategies, and hire top talent
• Communicate and maintain candidates’ status throughout the recruitment process
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

What they are looking for:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• 2+ years of global recruitment experience is preferred
• Knowledge and or experience working with the Russian IT market
