My client is a leading in the apparel and retail industry, they have over 100 retail stores worldwide and are looking to add a IT Business Solutions Manager to support their sales team. 

The candidate should have experience in the product development processes in the apparel industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop internal business partnerships
  • Understand business operation challenges, analyze business processes, information needs, and functional requirements, explore potential technology solution options
  • Support rationalization of user requirements across countries for regional related projects and ensure synergies by aligning towards common requirements
  • Collaborate with business partners to agree and finalize user requirements to necessary details for designing the solution
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to come up with potential IT solution options supporting the identified requirements
  • Lead the analysis on the pros and cons of solution options, advise business partners on the alternatives and best solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to develop, implement and test the new solutions to ensure the developed technical solutions align with agreed design, support all requirements and with good quality
  • Support business change management processes by user trainings and support to ensure efficient transition for the business onto the new technology solution implemented


  • University graduate preferably in Business, Operation, IT or other related disciplines
  • 10+ years proven experience in business analysis and improvement roles
  • Knowledge of ODM/OEM manufacturers’ sales processes from product design, development, costing, price negotiation, pre-production to mass production
  • Knowledge and experience about various technology solutions like PLM, CRM, ERP, BPM, Workflow, RPA and BI, how these are applied to solve business problems
