The Individual Should Have The Following Experience And Skills

  • A track record of delivering successful digital enablement and automation projects
  • Preferably working for consulting firms or in financial services
  • In depth knowledge and demonstrated experience working on digital enablement and automation technologies like low-code, BPM, RPA and web application development
  • Should have end to end project experience spanning strategy, design, solution architecture and implementation
  • Sector focus on either Banking, Insurance or Consumer retail
  • Act as a bridge between the client and technology implementation teams in the above-mentioned technologies
  • Should have ideally worked as a solution architect or technical/business architect
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology is preferred
  • Full stack development skills would be an added advantage
  • Project management and strong communication skills

The Responsibilities Attributable To This Role Are The Following

  • Evaluating and understanding client needs and successfully translating them into digital enablement/automation solutions for implementation
  • Building, testing, and delivering digital enablement / automation solutions using industry leading technologies
  • Assist in business development activities such as proposal development and identifying opportunities to go to market
  • Design and development of proofs of concept
  • Working with clients to assist in the development of digital enablement/ automation strategies, roadmaps and business case
  • Working closely with clients to embed digital enablement / automation in the organization including developing structures, policies and metrics to assess performance and manage its ongoing implementation
