Junior HR Assistant

​My client, a major Chinese banking organization in Manhattan is looking for a jr. HR Assistant to support the performance management team in their Midtown office.

Role:

  • Assist in performance management process, communicating with employees and Head Office in mainland China
  • Assist in expatriate management process, including visa preparation, recruiting and administrative services
  • Assist in executive training program, including training set up and logistic services
  • Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience is required
  • Mandarin spoken and written - Essential
